I understand that it's a combo, choose some, not the other, etc, and it's not guaranteed to work, but again, unless you actually need psych care or wouldn't mind putting yourself through ECT (which I'm certain isn't a thing anymore), in an outpatient setting the therapies we have are the best we currently have.
