You have someone that is down for sex anytime you are!? Do you know how incredulously rare that is? She still loves you man. I also married my high school girl. She stopped loving me. And she was never into sex much. If I was in your boat I'd stay every fucking day of the week. I've had some casual sex since we broke up. It's sooooo stupidly shallow it doesn't even compare to a good fap. It's nothing. Other girls are other girls, they entertain you until they don't. You are nothing to them. That…

Might be, might be. If so, she did an insanely good job of hiding it. But still possible. Just gotta move on and focus on myself.

You've described it perfectly. Thank you. I do wonder how I'll look back on things years later.

Thanks man. Hope you've ended up superbly happy as a result. What has been helping me lately, as pitiful as it is, is to try and focus on the bad aspects of our relationship and the things about her that I did not like. That time she got drunk and non-jokingly started disrespecting me in front of our friends to the point where it became awkward for everyone. Stuff like that. It's been surprisingly effective. You'd be surprised how many shitty moments can be recalled from a 15 year relationship.

Thanks! It's all too fresh so that's probably why I sound so corny. I'm sure it'll get better. I might pick up rock climbing after all.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
