Ugh, disgusting that they would even want to look at her in the first place. That would make me really angry too.

Yep - I think a lot of these troubling animalistic tendencies are simply programmed into our DNA and have been for as long as humans have existed. Societal taboos [i.e. don't rape, don't molest your young] exist to keep our society from falling into complete chaos. Over time, males should have internalized these taboos to the point of no longer even having the original urges their ancestors were programmed with. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to have fully happened. :(

I hope so too.

This is what I'm scared of. That even men who seem decent secretly have these types of desires and almost all of them are afflicted. I'm so sorry that happened to you. :(

I can feel how caring you are just from this comment. Thank you for taking the time to provide your perspective. You are right that this topic [and many other aspects of gender relations] cause me deep concern and the concern is near-obsessive at this point. (Unrelated to this sub, which has been a breath of fresh air and an outlet.) I see troubling things all the time in the media, etc. and draw the worst possible inferences. But I'm so happy to hear about your dad and stepdad being good men in…

It's also a huge relief to hear that maybe I was just seeing things. Definitely possible, and would make me feel a lot better.

Both before and after the scene in question his pants look one way. And they look different in the middle part than from the beginning and end. But I agree that it's very subtle and you have to look for it.

That'a super reasonable. A path I'm considering for sure.

right?! it's so disgusting but so so normalized. i've noticed it in J.D. Salinger stories, Quentin Tarantino movies, and of course real life horrors like the Epstein stuff. And much more...

That's very true. So what is the answer? Does this sick species just need to die out? Or do we as women need to not partner up, even with HVM, and have children on our own?

Yeah :( Or if I choose to have a child with my partner, adopt a boy :/

Men think we care that they date young women because we're jealous. No, you fool. It's because the way male attraction works is less evolved than the way female attraction works. We are attracted to people for who they are as human beings, how we connect with them, how they have grown throughout their lives. Men are attracted to a firm body. Just ugh. It's wrong. And I don't get why they don't see that this makes them inferior. Instead, they wear it as a badge of honor.

Really well done video. The part about how "cool girls" are used in juxtaposition to more "typically feminine" women really got me. Our culture makes fun of "needy" "clingy" women so much, but why is it bad to be loving and want to connect with your partner and be close? It really is just another way for men to put women down and to try to control the narrative.

You sound like a really thoughtful, introspective person, & I am proud of you for taking steps to do something really scary! PM me if you ever want to talk, I'm happy to be a sounding board.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
