Don’t use headspace, its just mental masturbaition. I suggest putting a timer on your phone for 3 mins, advance to 5, then 10, etc. Close your eyes and breath, when thoughts come refocus on your breathing. Don’t think of anything else but your breathing, also add chants and mantras if u decide. Then timer goes off, and chill for a few seconds.
