Mirandize yourself out loud slowly and see how it sounds and then consider that the person who is putting the cuffs on you is only telling you those things because they are required by law, and otherwise they would not. The law enforcement system and criminal justice system are machines, and they are programmed to work. They are a hammer, and they function to see if everything they run across can act as a nail. "You have the right to remain silent. Anything, ANYTHING you DO or SAY......CAN......…

Take Shapiro's advice. Write like a liberal to get good grades, get the degree, and then when you're out of school use their degree against them.

I met with 2 attorneys. Once said he'd help and an older, more experienced once essentially told me "be diplomatic because she has the upper hand and if she really wants to move somewhere you can fight it but you'll probably lose".

So if I get my hands on our daughter's current passport I don't have to worry about that for now. But, she still wants to move far enough away that I'll end up seeing my daughter once per week.

I've had 2 consultations. One told me he thought he could help, and the other one which was more expensive and had way more experience said I'm screwed. Court can't make her stay and essentially it just comes down to them choosing which parent she gets to be with which of course is mom because she's a woman.
