I know, I said that single view generalization is not the best way to address the problem. I wrote my point of view to show up other possibilities. If you are generalizing things, but your generalization only fits 40% of the cases it is not a good way of thinking. So you see what does not fit and make a model for it. I disagree with this thing about woman only staying with a non pretty man cause they want stability. I don't kiss only the people that I find marvelous or have the ideal beauty, but I still wanted to kiss them (sometimes more than people who has the ideal beauty). In my experience appearance just counts for the first approach and for places that you have no way to talk. Of course, with more successful first approaches you have a better overall success. But people tend to seek for not that pretty…

Incompatibility (not all people get along with each other). Lack of interest (not everyone has to be interested in everyone). Being a misogynistic asshole. The other part is already involved with someone else. The list goes on. But what is important to know is that there's no problem in being unsuccessful, sometimes you get it right, sometimes don't. Maybe there's something with you, maybe it's just an unlucky fase. Which case is unique.
