Yes, that's true. Cold approaches always make you lose power- not value. Power is what drives the seduction process. It is a high-risk, high-reward strategy. However, you can minimize that loss of power by the way you approach her. One way would be making her notice you first.

Here is an exact quote from the book: "What is a Congruence test?
