I just don't discount the possibility that the manual review of her test came to the wrong conclusion. You indicated that her answers were too similar to those around her - so? How many people take the SAT every year? A million? More? Its statistically likely that some students will get the exact same questions right and wrong. I think she probably cheated. But I also don't assume that it's impossible for her improvement to be legitimate. I don't have a dog (or dogma) in this fight. Her test is currently considered invalid, but I don't know specifically why.
