i wouldn't bother arguing with them, it's impossible for them to concede men not creating the vast majority of inventions as well as advancing humanity in general, are the crazist mental gymnastics ever. and even when the "matilda effect" is accounted for and even multiplied by 10, women are still the minority of inventors by a large margin

this place has the occasional bad actor but overall isn't even close to misogynistic, and claiming that r/leftwingmaleadvocates is misogynist is almost hysterical, it's pretty much completely egalitarian. men having any space for themselves, get alone any sort of grievance, is bigotry in their minds. but that gynarchy sub and the like is okay because "muh oppression hundreds of years ago" and "patriarchy"

also, patriarchy theory is pretty much circular reasoning that is unfalsifiable, which is similar to some pseudosciences. they constantly reinterpret data that contradicts "male privilege" as being conditioned by the system itself, not to mention the logic loop where they usually explain the patriachy's existence by ideas that rely on the assumption that it already exists. another very common thing with feminists is the "all or nothing" fallacy where they speak in absolutes about certain topics …

from what i've seen, the overwhelming majority of women who talk about "emotional intelligence" greatly overestimate theirs, while also thinking a man becomes emotionally intelligent by always agreeing with her and doing what she says no matter what. and it's very ironic how they'll say they are emotionally intelligent, while being the same people who think showing basic human empathy or caring for others at all is "emotional labor" and a "mental load"

from what i've seen, they go out of their way and tiptoe around the actions of predatory women/female sex offenders, sort of being complicit with them in a way. they also cite outdated statistics about women being 1% of sex offenders in order to dismiss criticism of women who are guilty of such actions, and shift the blame back to men. it's very disgusting and telling of how they are as individuals.

in discussions i have brought up things that are direct results of feminist schools of thought (such as male domestic violence victims being erased from statistics) and their response is that "misogyny/the patriarchy hurts everyone" when there is almost absolutely zero correlation between the two. this way of thinking with them is downright deliriousness.

anything they don't like has to do with the patriarchy. the patriarchy is a very broad thing that includes the personal faults of feminists, sexual dimorphism, just about anything that feminists don't approve of, et cetera.

as a 17 year old boy, i can't even remember how many women have ogled me or the several different times grown women have added me on snapchat trying to hook up. they essentially get passes being pedophiles, it's disgusting. edit1: there was also a predator who got arrested at my past high school, and on facebook, women were all over the comments making excuses for her
