The girl was spinning plates while you were snipering. She is the alfa and unfortunately you were the beta. You don't want to be the last resort guy, because tomorrow some of the Chad's she was fucking will call her up and you will be easily replaced.

You have changed for the worse and she did, too. The most important thing is to get back up there and feel comfortable while being there, because if you don't feel it naturally (having a frame, not worrying about stupid details, have the freedom of mind to let go of girls faking orgasms), you will revert back to your weak self easily. Every beta has its alfa periods and you don't want to be that beta. You want a mindset where persistent development is natural and this includes how you react to c…

Don't be in a position where she is left to decide whether it will be you, or someone else. The video chat with parents explaining to them that you are a love doctor sounds pathetic. Draw the line, state that you don't want to be compared with anyone, if she wishes to be with you, fine, if not, good riddance.

You sound extremely insecure. FaceTiming everyday, super tight grip on your gf, etc. I mean, think about it.. the girl went to a concert, you lost a signal, some guys talked to her, this bugged you (which would not happen if you have the inner security and alpha mentality) and then you decided to ask for opinion here? My advice, work hard on yourself and hopefully that ldr situation is temporary, because if you plan on living like that for years, you should not write here.

If you stay - constant fights and high toxicity will most likely lead once again to your kids suffering. They need to see you as a respected human being and spend quality time with you even if you are not with them every day. Brainwashing will happen even if you stay together. In the long run kids will judge you based on your actions and how you hold yourself together and not by what their toxic mom is telling them about you. All the best, man, difficult choice in front of you, but don't remain …

Leave her 2. Develop yourself (mentally, physically, professionally) 3. Be with someone who respects you and keep the frame. If you don't do it, you are harming yourself and your kids, because, trust me, kids need a dad who will be remembered as a strong figure, not as someone who will be pushed around and abused by their mom.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
