From my perspective, MGTOW means not kowtowing to social biases and expectations that men make themselves subservient to women, or that men's lives only have value in relation to how successful they are with women. To me, that does not mean that men can't have sex or relationships with women. Sex and relationships can be very pleasurable and fulfilling. Most sex workers typically want to hide their profession from their friends and family--a rape trial will out them.
