Women were bamboozled indeed in the name of female empowerment. Any man worth marrying understands the impact of child rearing on women and will gladly accommodate her demands to make it as easy as possible on her mental and emotional well being.

Well I am sure at the beginning she found this whole set up "empowering" because she didn't want to owe him anything. Like how the hell does a man making $100k wants to split things with his wife who makes $20k? Like he would pay ay more to have access to a cheap prostitute. $20 transfer?

I don't know why men don't get it. Don't be having a beer budget and expecting a champagne type woman.

He wants kids he can't provide for. At 34 years old. Cut your losses girl, he will divorce you, ask for alimony and to keep 100% custody of the kids. Look at Kelly Clarkson, look at Adele. Hell no

I personally think that if I was rich woman, I'd never get married or at least not to someone poorer than me. If my networth was 20 millions. I would aim for a guy 25 or more. If I couldn't get that for whatever reason. Then I'd date and have my kids through a clinic... I couldn't tie myself to a broke. Look at Kelly Clarkson having to pay alimony yet she had to go through labor and risk her life to give birth. Look at Adele... No and no

I have been investing on my own since I was 17 years old and honestly do not think that financial advisors would have made a difference in my journey. I started by reading rich dad poor dad, then the intelligent investor.. Just like working out is part of the leveling up journey I believe that learning about stocks, index funds, mutual funds, crypto etc should also be part of that journey. A lot of financial companies (vanguard, Charles schwab, fidelity) offer a lot of resources on their sites t…

Always aim to make more money as possible. Jobs are like men, they get what they want and toss you whenever they feel like it and you should treat it as such. Meaning you should be keeping your resume up to date, always interviewing. When you start working, do not rely on a job as your only income source, work on a side business, investing (real estate and/or stocks). Start by investing in your retirement accounts (401k: limit in 2022 is going to be $20500, Roth IRA: limit in 2022 is $6000). Ope…

The amount of dv African women deal with is astronomical, unfathomable by most western women. RIP

My sister in law was a gf of like 12 years before getting married. That is after she had a kid. Her husband is literally a no effort kind of guy and a 50/50 kinda of guy saying that it is “German culture”. My also very German husband doesn’t practice that culture . To add to it my husband can’t stand her husband and literally calls him out every time. I just giggle in the corner

I have always been called mean by my friends because since my late teens when I started dating, I never gave more than one chance to men and my cut off game was strong. For example, i went on 2 dates with this seemingly great guy, and rather than invite me on a third date, he texts me at 9 pm asking me to meet him at a bar at 11pm, right then and there I blocked his number. I had a couple of 1st dates where the guy either asked me to pay and mentioned expecting me to pay, and I just blocked them…

For real though! If you have time to chase women, you have time to make more money or get a skill that will lead you to making more money. Thank god my husband is extremely ambitious

I have a question for you ladies who have taken care, bought things for men how do you get physically attracted? Like I dated a guy who was making like 45k, had tons of student loans and was very relaxed about it all. Dude was 5 years older than me at the time and literally did not plan/ save for anything. He used to joke that he would become a stay at home dad ( he couldn’t cook or clean to save his life) and how I (student at the time) when I graduate I would be financing all that. I literally…

I currently live in the US but I am on vacation in my country (Cameroon) a subsaharan African country bordering Nigeria, Chad, Congo and many more. 1. I would say that women in my country are treated first and foremost as the maids, Pilar of the homes, with responsibilities of raising children and ensuring that their families are well taken care of. No matter how great you are, if you don’t have a husband and children, society views you as a failure. I have never worked in my country but my fema…

Thanks for the reminder. I grew up in a country where there are barely laws for women in divorces so when my parents separated, my mom was kicked out and divorced papers were falsified ( yeah ladies I know she married a winner). So when my husband first mentioned to me the possibility of me staying at home… I brought up my concerns and he told me the following: We will build a real estate portfolio and income from that will be mine. I will have main access to all of our savings/ checking account…

You have to give us more… Is it broke/ financially struggling? He is setting you up to help him due to his “trauma”… What happened to stepping with your best foot forward? If he ain’t broke/ struggling financially, he is making it seem like he is opening up to you, making you think that you guys are much more emotionally connected than the reality so that he can have access to your body without much effort. Fiancé , children , breadwinner. She takes all the Ls. Women need to stop breeding with men who can’t provide… Women are making it easy for losers to have a legacy

Add European women to that! They are fumbling and risking their best years with men who don’t want to put any effort. Imagine a man having access to a beautiful woman everyday without paying the price? Why would they pay the price? Women need to focus on what matters which is milking out a man, because as my mom says “men spend on what they really want long term”.

Western liberal feminism is one of the worst thing that happened to women. If men support something, you need to know that it will benefit them. And it is not only online, even in real life women shame other women for having expensive rings. I remember when I got engaged ( husband planned a surprise trip to Isla Mujeres in mexico and popped the question), one of my female coworkers took a look at my ring and gave me a lecture at lunch in front of other people ( mind you I am African) about the p…

People actually called you shallow for dating men you find attractive? Wow Anyways as for me, the bigger the wallet the more attractive a man is granted that I don’t like old, short or chubby men.

Why is a man who is not self sufficient attempting to promise marriage and why is she accepting? You’re telling me that this guy couldn’t work overtime this entire summer in order to get her a ring? I just can’t… Love or shall I say low self esteem/ lack of self love is simply not enough

Having an open and clear expectations about finances like you would discuss political views and religious views. Pretty early on in my relationship with my husband, we discussed finances and I told him that I had student loans/ a car payment, as well as my salary and of course my plans to pay the debt off. He told me that he didn't have student loans since he went to school in Europe, bought his car cash and his salary. We discussed finances and everything because we were both transparent plus 4…

You don’t need to marry a man just because you deem him to be HVM. Part of being HV is providing especially if he wants to have children. Until men are able to get pregnant and give birth, they will need to step up and be breadwinners in order to be deemed HV. But let’s remember that people can always increase their incomes…
