thanks for the advice! my question is, did she lose interest/find someone new, because I waited to long between dates, didn't initiate after second date, or did she did she realize she wasn't interested in me during the second date, and new she was going to have to let me down easy?

Met for drinks then went to a movie, had a drink after the movie as well. Get to know you stuff, how was work, family, what did you think of the movie etc. nothing to intimate but also somewhat interesting conversations. After I dropped her off she texted me about 5 minutes later, saying we should hang out again, but i should do more of the talking next time. she is vvery chatty. So, that is the only thing that kind of threw me off, why would she text me after the date if she knew she never want…

Getting that third date, How I could have F closed on the second date instead of K close. Im guess im struggling with the balance between coming off as not wanting to come of too desperate/needy....kind of pretending that I dont care that much and actually caring.

Didn't escalate soon enough? I didn't want to come off as too pushy, I initiated the K close on the second date and she kind of left the car, giving me no signs or intentions of inviting me inside. Im open to criticism though. How can I improve my game for next time. Just bummed about losing this girl.
