since it kinda relates to OP's post, how do you deal with mental issues, especially invasive thoughts while doing all those things for your mission? could you explain what this actually means? I'm not a native english speaker, so I didnt't fully understand it. Most of the times I don't have the above questions in my head when conversing with somebody. My problem really comes out of nowhere, when my mind randomly blanks up, leaving me nothing to say, just stare, and THEN anxiety kicks in because of the block. Or when I say something and get an unexpected/weird reaction, but that's rare.
