That said the proof of 10 other stds showing negative greatly reduces your risk profile for any untested stds. Yeah except that almost half of all American adults have HPV, so I don't that really applies here eh

For starters you can ask the person you are about to sleep with if they have proof that they're safe and clean. Except that women don't get routinely or conclusively tested for HPV. They are only tested under 30 if they have an abnormal Pap smear, and Pap smears are recommended only once every 3 years from the age of 21. Over 30, women only get tested for HPV once ever 5 years.
