I think if someone is sitting in their seat, you shouldn't go over there and assault them. I thought that was kinda common sense.

I see. So that's information not in the video or in the article. Can't really expect people to react to information they don't have. And regardless of who started it, when someone goes and sits down in their seat, you don't go harass them there. Obviously.

Could be that women are better at understanding the minority. Could be that more women have experiences of sexism and therefore relate more. I'm not a sociology major, but you are right that women are more focused on fighting sexism than men.

I think most men never face any adversity for being a man so they don't think about it. I am successful at work, happily married, never had issues with family courts or divorce. My country isn't in a war, and I've never got someone pregnant by accident. My story is the story of the vast majority of men so it's hard to realize there's a problem when most men never face it.

In the video, the woman goes and sits in her seat. The man comes over and tries to shove something in her mouth for some reason. Seems like this would have went away if he just left her alone to sit in her seat. That's likely why people are blaming the man.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
