Seeing my slow, but sure transition to being confident with women. Realized that kino makes wonders, and lifting too (but due to my too slow muscle gain thinking of some T cycle about autumn). Diet on point, and School too. On Minoxidil therapy since 3 weeks, hope to have some good beard next year. Cons? I have too less time for learning C++ and programming at all, which is my job aim in the nearest future (i gave myself about half a year - year since now)

Going sleep about 10-11 pm, if possible even earlier, always 8 hours of sleep, sometimes longer. No screens for hours before sleep or another distractions, only books.

Yesterday made a little party in my flat as I have new flatmate, who is my good friend. But this is our only second or third party together. He (25 y.o.) invited some girls, about 7, some boys and I (22 y.o.) some boys and 2 girls. But the meritum is - he is average looking, short and shy, even in this party i had to do some things like calming down people cause he was too shy. And he ended up with two girls literally falling on him - ended with one on the bed, as it is morning i dont know how i…

Pros: -End of semester! Positive marks from every subject, now 2,5 week of free time. -Finished my apprenticeships. Learned a lot of new things, but opened my eyes on that what I want to do in the future (not my engineer degree subject) -Of course not getting lazy. Turning back to C++ programming and learning Nowegian. -Some gains on gym, definitely look better and better every week. Look forward to how I gonna look on summer. Cons: my hair sucks. but gonna have a cut next week, and ask for some…

As MattyAnon says. I cared too much, 'cause as I said, I haven't met anyone sexually for some period, and in my life, apart from one period 2 years ago there weren't so much of situations like that. But it opened my eyes to care about this branch of life too, I neglected it too much.

Having now sober mind - same thoughts. Today I aimed my anger on playing bass and guitar loud (learned new whole song, Periphery - Alpha is so cool to play on a guitar!). So much satisfaction that I havent turned it into laziness and drinking some alcohol as my first idea was.

Maybe little offtop, but where, apart from Pinterest, find inspiration for fashion outfits/looks?

I stopped playing video games something like 3,5 years ago, if not longer. I even TRIED to play something last year, but it wasn't giving me any fun i expected to. Now, I can't stand somebody playing video games, perfect waste of time, instead of it i'm finishing some work and school projects, lift and play guitar and feel that this is productive way of spending time.

I am the musician, how you guys imagine me not listening to music? It makes my musical horizons wider and my own music better. Fuck you, I gonna listen to music anyway.

20 y.o. here. I have a problem with fapping. When I do once a 7-10 days, I become very horny, but very needy too. On The other (heh) hand when I fap "when I feel It's time", so usually 2 times a day, even when I dont do death grip, I become too calm, and something like being out of a lot of power. What to do?

I wish I started lifting 6 years ago, ever earlier. But, God bless, I'm 20 and started one and a half years ago, and it became my lifestyle. Thanks for answer, Cheers!

True. As I started taking singing lessons 2 years ago, after some time my teacher noticed that I have high voice (my vocal range comes up to F#5) but when I think that I'll false it, I actually do it. But when I trust myself that It will come out clear, It comes out clear and strong. This learned me to trust in my skills and know that I can do it.

In my opinion, be honest. Say that you want to hang out with her, not her friend. Last time I had this situation - I suggested girl I want to plate to hangout someday, she said "Okay, take Greg with you". I answered "No, I won't bang Greg". Shittest passed. She said with being nice and still touching my ABS "So let me know when you want to meet", got kiss from her and go. Fuck. I feel like old uncle who wants to telling stories all the time.

I am last year high school student. Exactly last month. TRP since couple of months, about half year of lifting, caring about myself, clothing, and confidence. I promise to myself to do all this things during this last months of school which I were afraid of before. And do it. Approach this girl, and that, and that...all of them which you think are good to plate. 90% of this people you'll never meet after finishing high school. And when if not now? Just do it, no more overthinking, I waste on it …

I do calisthenics and running. Calisthenics made me more feel my body and I improved control over it a lot. Read Paul Wade "Convinct Conditioning". It really helps. And I don't do that for fat burning but for improving myself and have more power. Fat burning is only side effect.

Lifting - to be honest, calistehnics. This shit made me want to live again, and I am "harder", as one girl said. And what surprised me a lot yesterday when I was playing football first time since December, my body control improved a lot. I've never was good at football (apart from goalkeeper position, where I was one of the best of my school) and thanks to this body control I can play better and better, it satisfies me and I feel more and more like the man. Apart from lifting - bass guitar playi…

Now I've imagined one weird situation: I approach a girl and we have mutual friends but they are not close friends so we haven't met together earlier. I say my name is for example Michael. And imagine that by accident she knows that my real name is for example Andrew. She says it and uh, in my opinion, plus points for her that she remembered.

Another example like that I saw in a movie "Panny z Wilka"(polish movie) last weekend. One from women shown in a movie is attracted to main character (95% alpha), but in the meantime she is going out with someone else (100% BB). In a scene, there is some kind of dancing party. This woman tells her BB to dance with another woman, which he is immediately doing. Then, she is saying (with little smile) to main character "Why he is always doing what I am asking for?". Very good scene. Sorry for some …
