Don’t start over, restructure. Take on capital that will temporarily seriously dilute you, but set yourself up on a vesting schedule so you get it back… after the divorce, based on work you’ve performed. Basically, put the company into debt for the divorce and get it back through a contract for vested shares. IANAL, and to say the least this would involve a tricky legal architecture with serious attention to local statutes. You probably want a whole team of lawyers to design this thing.

This may come as a surprise to many, but the other ones with facial hair are not actually also me. Not sure why I have to keep explaining this. I am an individual. I may sometimes share behaviors because I share culture and biological imperatives with other human males due to the environments in which I was raised, but the whole great thing about being an intelligent sentient life form is that I actually do try to make my own decisions most of the time. So, yes, when I hear a woman say, “I hate …

You still haven’t disproven my point: he would have taken less flack if he conveyed the idea in a more entertaining way. No, not quite. Creating a targeted scholarship in response to actual inequality is admirable. However, the inequality a lot of these things seem to be responding to is inequality recognized in the 1950s, called out in the 60s and 70s, and corrected in the 80s and 90s. So, what they’re complaining about has been fixed for 20+ years. It seems to be more of a fad than responding to an actual need now. Straw-woman scholarships, if you will. Politics and social posturing.

However, we’ve certainly seen detrimental effects on certain marketing efforts though, like when an ad campaign directed at or featuring a minority is created without involving or even consulting anyone from that demographic. That’s in large part why the pendulum has so much force in the swing against monoculture now. Not that it justifies any poorly conceived and implemented public policy like what’s just been struck down. Companies failing to hire based on ability without regard to race or gen…

The ratios are a bit different in these cases though. An iPhone has a lot of expensive components inside it. A model often only has two.
/r/TheRedPill12/05/19 05:54 PM

It's not difficult for a model to rack up huge debts, the model management companies are basically financial predators. She might have generated $5M worth of income in one year for her agency, but maybe sees $250K of it after all the fees and expenses.

That would seem to be a really unfair generalization. Many women have sacrificed themselves and their base self-interests for family and ideological causes throughout recorded history. Are they sometimes mercenary-minded survivors? Sure, but so are men. I don't think solid evidence is being presented here to support OP's hypothesis, or yours. A hell of a lot of tribes have been entirely wiped out over the ages, and archeologists have been finding hard evidence that many prehistoric cultures had …

Yes, but not to them directly. The complaints are about how I address people (experts) I talk with on stage. Apparently, interrupting someone to make sure everyone knows what we're talking about is a problem. IDK. I'm a bit perplexed.
/r/askTRP06/03/19 03:25 PM
2

They're not saying it directly to me, it's feedback we collect anonymously about something my company does where I'm the public face. The vast majority of the feedback does not contain this, but two recent messages have indicated that I'm a bit overbearing. Since this is about customers, I'm taking it seriously, even though in my private life I would typically just ignore it or argue the person down through the fucking floor.

It seems that way some days. This is more of a work thing, not the people I typically socialize with. So, I'm trying to understand, because I do have to work with them. In part, I'm wondering how much I should just push back and tell them to (in some politically office-safe way) fuck off.

Okay, but what do you think of the part where he decides not to keep using TRP techniques? When I was back at Cornell in the fall, I was dancing with the sister of a grad student, who was visiting from Virginia. She was very nice, and suddenly I got this idea: “Let's go to a bar and have a drink,” I said. On the way to the bar I was working up nerve to try the master's lesson on an ordinary girl. This is where TRP really breaks down for me. This is an extension into sociopathic behavior you're talking about. I'm no pushover, but being a civilized person requires some give and take.
