Maybe it's good that this shit gets painted with a broad stroke, the videos get taken down, and everyone forgets about it. If this happened, it was obviously getting too much attention.

Reading this was somewhat of an epiphany for me, so thank you for this post.

The absolute best starting point is Mindfulness for Beginners by Jon Kabat Zinn. It's available in audio, ebook, phsyical, pirate bay. Many people will recommend The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, which is a fantastic book, but the problem is he mixes in his new-age philosophy with the mindfulness teachings, and you'll have to pick apart the bullshit from the useful bits. It was a life changer for me, though. The best tip for starting, which helped me tons, is to only focus on being consistent a…

Hi, I'm an ADHD sufferer as well. Tried the meds, didn't like the side effects, but kept them for when I 100% needed to focus on something that was boring as fuck (driving school, for example). In my adult years, I have been cultivating a mindfulness/meditation habit that has VERY SUBSTANTIALLY reduced my ADHD symptoms. In addition, my appreciation for life has grown, I am more patient with myself and other people, and I have a much easier time detaching myself from and letting go of negative em…

Focus on being happy/enjoying life and finding friends and you will be much more successful with women after you have achieved those things. I wish I could give you better advice, but I don't know you so I can't see what's going wrong for you and a personal account tends to be biased. All I can say is try not to come off as desperate, don't try to be cool, and eventually you'll find people you get along with. Sorry you're in a slump.

I'm pretty sure you should have approaching people to make friends down pat before you start approaching girls for seduction. Why not work on meeting new people at bars/clubs/other social settings rather than giving up totally?

This woman doesn't exactly sound like relationship material. Move on, world's full of women.

Listen to podcasts with smart people. I listen to Kevin Pereira on Pointless and The Joe Rogan Experience. They ooze wit out of every pore.

Have to ask, but are you not fit/attractive? If you post a pic (black out the eyes) then we can eliminate that in a heartbeat. Also, some of us will probably masturbate to it.

Malls are horrible man, unless you're a teenager. Coffee shops (starbucks), bookstores, and gourmet/organic grocery stores (wholefoods) are all good for day game. Try just going out with the mind set of just having good conversations with random people rather than making sex your goal. Have you considered rejection therapy? Basically every day you go out and try to get rejected. Read up on it. http://tinyurl.com/7jdgtz Also, read this. http://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/qf78e/okay_rseduc…

That sort of thing is a more 'advanced' move. I would recommend sticking to being nice and funny until you've progressed a bit. If the first thing you say to somebody is demeaning or insulting, that doesn't make them like you.

Nofap wont help you until you make a serious effort at it. I've read a hundred stories just like yours, some much worse, and they all are recovered. If you're interested in moving forward, I urge you to do some reading. http://yourbrainonporn.com/your-brain-on-porn-series http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/cupids-poisoned-arrow/201001/was-the-cowardly-lion-just-masturbating-too-much

So you opened on a random girl every day? Or can it be any social rejection? Like going to the super market on a busy day and holding up a register by paying for a pack of gum by writing sixteen individual checks for 9 cents each?

The guy who wrote this article doesn't get it. These 'simple pickup' videos aren't to show off their skills or teach anyone, it's mostly to make people laugh. They have serious, useful content (though not all of it is valuable), but a video like this DEFINITELY is meant to be laughed at, not learned from.

You don't have to keep looking away, you can look between their eyes/somewhere else on their face or (my favorite tip I procured from here) switch between eyes.

From 40 feet away?.. I get the impression you didn't read. Like I said, it's long before I'm within speaking distance that this tension begins to build, and it might not always be a good time to say something if you're both busy and just passing each other.

Dude, how did you get over this? I used to work at a retail store, and if a coworker and I were walking down an aisle towards each other, it was like pure torture. Still have this problem in other areas, like walking my dog in our neighborhood and my neighbor and I notice each other like 30 seconds before we're in speaking distance. SOO AWKWARRRD.

This guy pretty much hit the nail on the head. I'm sure you give off the "I'm used to it" sort of pushover vibe in so many other areas of your life that you're not even conscious of. I don't know who you are, but I know you're worth a LOT more than being this girl's pet. Honestly, you should go on a really awesome date with this girl, lead her through an amazing night, and then at the end of it, throw that shit right back at her, "You know, we probably should just stay friends." That drives girl…

Just be ready for the inevitable rejection from some women (if not most or all some nights). Don't blame yourself unless you clearly fucked something up, usually they're just having a bad day/on their period/aren't looking for ANY guys (not just you). I wish you luck on your journey.
/r/seduction27/01/12 08:28 PM

Nah. Just send her a message. If she wants to meet you, she will, if not, there's like a trillion other hot girls in your city. Go approach some more.

No. Not at all. He's saying she's shy, so approach the invitation a little differently. Showing a little bit of friendliness and interest would work in your favor.

I think you have the right idea, but you're describing it poorly. There's no battle to be won, there's no fight, no winner, no victor, just you and your emotions (chemicals). Facing, accepting, and observing your anxiety is in no way to be thought of as a battle. That only creates more tension and gives you a rational reason to be afraid.

Leave her, go back to your friends or talk to other girls, make her work for your attention. You plant that little seed and then walk away and let it grow.

I've taken a girl home before, and while laying in bed, in the dark, with gentle foreplay, I ended up turning down sex for sleep. Depends which is more important to you. Women tend to place little value on sex since it is so readily available to them.

I'm not saying to act like a giddy moron and try to be funny. I'm saying if you feel like you and your conversation partner are about to run out of things to say, then just start talking about anything. As long as it's natural. A helluva lot better than awkward silence.

Here's a random jumble of advice: Be really, genuinely excited and happy when you're interacting with humans. People want to be friends with energetic and good-spirited people. If you're talking to somebody about your favorite place to eat, and you both like Chilli's, don't just respond, "Oh yea? Same here." be excited and animated. Talk about what ever the fuck it is you like about Chilli's. "Dude, I would suck a bag of dicks for a piece of molten chocolate cake." When you talk, just try to be …
