1	Do girls ever make a move for guys, or do guys have to do ALL the work while woman sit back and do nothing? I've seen it plenty of times, though to be fair, I've had a lot of platonic lady friends throughout my life. Women just tend to be a little less overt in displaying their interest, it doesn't mean they're not doing any work, just different work. Your post even admits the guy in the hypothetical is clueless re: the women's interest.
