| 6 | That's 7665 days.As far as I was able to find out, the only crime that has no statute of limitations is murder. edit: federal only All other crimes US wide edit: by federal laws have top limits of 15 years - I couldn't find any specifics on perjury, but I'd assume she can not be trialed for perjury anymore.
