I use FB to troll alot. Just posted that Marilyn shit. I have a few family members of my LTR that are quite "feminist" orientated with her brother being a stay at home "husband" soon to be "stay at home daddy" while mommy works her accounting job. This and jesus jokes, quite entertaining.

You're probably doing your ohp press wrong. Read starting strength and learn the correct form. Apart from the squat, no barbell movement should have a thumb less grip.

Suicide grip is completely stupid. The "works different muscles" argument pisses me off. If you're using this grip with the intent of either moving more weight or thinking it "activates" different muscles, then you're lifting priorities are off and you need to re-evaluate your goals. People should put safety first at all times doing heavy weights, there is no argument for suicide grip.

Saved. Good post. I already use Google voice just because it's easier to manage (desktop etc) and I have a bunch of ex plates' numbers to go to voicemail directly. I never give out my real number. Downside is not all carriers work when some plate wants to send nudes. Sprint is the only one I know of that correctly forwards to my email when they send a pic. Reviewing this I might be doing some risky business currently with bringing to my flat.

and African game species wouldn't be around in the numbers that they are Depends which animals you're talking about. Rooibokke? sure. Buffels? sure. Lions, Rhinos, hell the big five, not so much, their numbers are very slim. Americans shouldn't have opinions on the matters regarding wildlife in Afrida, you guys have no idea how bad it is. Kill all the turkey/deer/elk you want because there's thousands of them. Take the extinct black Rhino and the four remaining white Rhinos. Certainly not around…

Good point. I'm compiling a list of books to read from the side bar etc. I'm searching on Frame right now. Thanks for the input.

I already have a motorcycle, forgot to mention that. I might focus on some cooking skills soon.

I agree to align yourself with them. This one however is a control freak and refuses to go to any other parties unless he hosts it. Non confrontational, has a wife that's cheating on him, thrives on flashing money etc. Anything (including his family) he can't control he throws bitch fits. Like Rollo says, it's domain dependant. For shits and giggles I want to fuck with him on neutral ground. There are other issues not mentioned which makes him a piece of shit, I'm just focusing on the scenario a…

You should probably go tell Rollo he's not in Game of Thrones either if you feel so strongly.

They can't do anything about their skin making them look "old" and what not. But any woman would look way better if they keep their bodyfat in check. Up close women like Jennifer Aniston(50) would probably still look "old", but all her investment in botox and shit she still looks pretty hot. So once they hit the wall, they need to keep their bodyfat in check first, hit the gym, and invest in some plastic surgery. Doesn't fix the problem, but makes you look slightly better than someone just givin…

Not to sound like a dick but you need to stop doing fucking cardio. Depending how serious you take your lifting, go to startingstrength.com, read the book, read practical programming, then go lift and get strong as fuck. You're gettting old yes, but going through the adaptations of getting strong as shit and keeping your diet clean and in check will do wonders. Stop doing cardio. Lift 3days/week and get enough rest. Your heart gets all it's cardio by doing the big lifts, heavy.

On point. I thought about the ones like ships in a bottle. It may end up seclude me in my flat for long periods of time while I figure it out. So will model building (ships, cars etc). These might not be good ones. My dad wasn't around when I grew up so I lack some basic skills many have including the ones you mentioned (fixing a car, shit around the house). I found a woodworking class close to my house that I might take. And start transforming my garage into a place I can do basic woodworking.

5days a week is BB style shit. Most guys need to get strong first before any type of volume training will benefit them. You can't grow your stickiness with 10 sets of 10 squats at 135 or some shit. I agree with you. 3days per week for strength, then cut. Heavy ass weights will boos your confidence sky high.

I like the explanation. For an average guy in IT and who lifts heavy shit, studies to further my knowledge to move up etc, how do you establish that high social circle? I made a post about the guys in my GF's friend circle (her brothers and their buddies) and how they size me up and that means they don't talk to me alot unless it's "hi" and "bye". Some good suggestions were to just not go to these events. I'm thinking this will apply as well, just don't go. So when I do and the people who actual…

You always read about socializing and how that's attractive, be the one everyone is listening to, run the crowd etc. But if you're personality leans more to the introvert side, how can you maximize your attitude and presence while still being relatively quiet? I can socialize no problem especially with people I know. With strangers, if they're talkative and open, it's not a problem. I'm just no the guy that runs the crowd, constantly talks to everyone, entertains etc. I'm perfectly comfortable s…

I got married young and it was a fucked up experience with me practically being in chains. Divorced now I know exactly what I want. chick I'm dating now is cool and I have no issues with her. I won't hesitate to kick her out of my life if she fucks something up. She's not the problem, just the dudes in her circle/family. I'm comfortable talking to people I know and even strangers if they're open and talkative. My OP was just a question on what you do when you meet a group of guys that size you u…

I like this. where the hell do I find people of my own "status" though. I can talk with random strangers in markets and stuff but in that setting it's almost as if they do it on purpose, or intimidating like someone said.

I agree with you guys trust me. But, I don't want to seem like an uninteresting guy that can't socialize. ability to socialize is attractive to chicks, but I'm wondering how you can still have the demeanor of an alpha but you lean towards introvert.

Excuse myself you mean just turn around and leave? Then I'm left alone awkwardly. Then what?

My problem is the guys are all chubby blue pill fuckers. I'm a big muscular dude with above average style and a confident demeanor. Among them, I feel like an alien.

chick's cool. any chick will have family etc you'll eventually meet and dudes within that group. leaving would hardly solve anything.

We would hang out at a local sports bar and though I enjoy a good MMA fight/boxing match or football (american) game, it gets old really quick. My GF knows sports a lot as well. Her whole family does. I find these encounters really boring and everytime she wants me to go with to some party, I dread it. I've met them probably 5-10 times by now at random times, every time it's the same shit. I end up standing somewhere awkwardly or just as a bystander listening to some dull sports converstaion whi…

I'm introverted in a way. I do talk with familiar people and sometimes I'm the center of attention because I'm naturally funny. My mind is weird, I have a sick sense of humour and don't really filter thoughts around familiar people. This results in people laughing their asses off when I express some weird shit I'm thinking. Recently meeting the GF's family, I have a hard time going to one of the brothers parties. I don't know anyone except her. We're aquanted, but not friends. It's like they don…

with all the crazy fuckers out there I wouldn't be surprised if somebody would just up and stab you. I think for the most part, it is for bars and places like those where the guys get drunk and then start hitting on your girl or be more upfront about flirting with her. that is when you step in and should be able to hold your own, which at this point to be honest, scares me because I never learned how to fight

No I get that. I live in the states, I immigrated from my home country 8 years ago and I never learned how to fight. I am a big guy, I just never cared to punch people and fight. that good old saying big guys are ll the teddy bears and smaller guys have little man syndrome is true for the most part. I have several friends who are over 6 foot 4 and have no desire to get into fights. I just don't know how to if I was ever put into the situation. I even looked at Krav Maga or something similar just…

I have a question for you. I'm in the process of changing myself as well. I train like a powerlifter, I have gone from two hundred and eighty pounds two hundred and thirty pounds of muscle. I have been in this process for about 2 years after my divorce, I have slept with quite a few girls just by changing my attitude my body and learning how to keep a frame. one thing that I have not changed is fighting, long story short my dad was an asshole and never around to teach me how to fight. It might s…
