3	Move out and be independent or save money by not paying rent? It might be the hard thing to do, but I’d save money to put a down payment on an apartment or condo. You’ll never get your money back renting. Once you decide to sell your condo/apartment, you’ll get most of your money back. You can also use that year to really improve in other assets of your life. If chicks really like you, they won’t won’t mind that you’re living at your parents for another year or 2.
