And I wouldn't have changed it for everything. She's worth every km I drive every week.

7 years LDR here: I came to visit her every weekend, no matter what. We live 300km apart. For a good part of the relationship I didn't have a car. Buses, trains, flights, hitchhiking, carpooling. I did it all. We ended up living apart for months during the lockdowns. After covid, I work from home several days a week so we spend more time together.

> Does social status even exist at the US? The US is one of the first world countries with the highest income inequality and it is also rather racially divided. Of course social status is there.

I'll give you this: Blaming feminism is bullshit. Blaming the patriarchy is also bullshit.

First, the elephant in the room: supply and demand. If there are more women than men (or women are having sex more available), the price of sex goes down, which means there's less effort and commitment from men. On the contrary, if there are less women than men, the price of sex goes up: women place the rules of the game, men play it. There are areas of the country where the price of sex is ridiculously low for those who can access it, and areas of the country where the price of sex is much hi…

This leads to an important question, does sexual desire wanes due to women losing libido or the fact that men allow themselves to let go? In my experience, women lose libido. Maybe the pill is partly to blame. How do I know? Several relationships of varying quality where I have become more established, fitter and overall sharper. My attractiveness has increased and my partner recognizes me as being very attractive, but she's not nearly as horny as I am. The horny women I know are single and on t…

Spot on. The cheery on top of how bonding takes place for women vs men and how no one has clue about this. The droves of pumped and dumped women left wondering what happened while men continue pump and dump without any regard to women's emotional well-being should be an alarm call for everyone to question what is that we're doing, but no. Yay liberation.

Christianity and Judaism absolutely employ this community strategy. What do you think marriage is? It's enforced monogamy. One woman for every man. In other cultures, harems or others forms of polygamy exist. Yet, it appears that Western societies which have been largely built on Christianity, have been far more stable. Incels ridiculous mandatory waifu idea is not too far from what society expected from our grandfathers and great grandfathers

It's a pussy vs dick arms race for reproductive success. Women's default position is to reject advances because 1) they aren't as horny and 2) sex is risky for them. Men lie and deceive to get access to sex. Women catch up and build walls, men become better at deception. Women erect higher walls. At some many from both sides drop out of the fight, but the most insisting men will remain. It's like watching a BBC (lol) documentary about our basic nature. Men being sexual opportunists, but keeping …

Good stuff. Makes me think also that you may have had the impression that somehow you were in control, but in reality she's got you on her sights since the party and she pretty much played it along nicely just to bed you. oopsie

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
