2	Manning UP When it comes to emotional/mental issues then manning up shouldn't be the response. However anything physical and man up should be used. I remember during wrestling practice when I was in college the training was so intense and exhausting I was on the verge of tears and giving up (it was a punishment exercise the whole team had to do).
