1	Loneliness & Friendship Advice Inquiry. Anyone feel more isolated as they age? Thanks for your p.o.v. I reached out to an old friend when I heard from home to another city about 2 hrs drive from me. (I'm being vague about locations for anonymity). I called / text him. 0	What weight would be best for being attractive at my height of 6’2”? I'm 6'2" as well. My shoulders are broad. My goal is 216lbs like Steve Reeves, the original Hercules. You could reference a Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator online entering your height & weight. However, the BMI is not reliable or perhaps biased. For example, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson would be considered "obese" at his height & weight, but ofcourse he's all muscle.
