It's been 18 months since dday and over a year since she filed for divorce. I still have mine on. Im probably stupid but i only belive in one woman one marriage. I've been hurt to many times to even think about another relationship so what does it matter

I wish I had documented the first 6 months better. I knew to try but I didn't do it in detail.

Same here. She left me and the kids, disappeared for months, and dropped all the bills, and our new house payment on me. and she quit her job being the main provider of steady income and insurance. I own a seasonal business and have been a stay at home dad. Now she's acting like I was supposed to be the one supporting her, and shes trying to take the kids, and I'm spending all kinds of money I don't have and business capital to protect our children, show the truth, and trying to protect my credi…

I know exactly how you feel. My wife left me in the same manner just disappeared and even through Hurricane helene she didn't come home or check on the kids. She was hotel hopping that entire time and I got the silent treatment. On my end tho there was no fights, no indication. She tried to tell me something, some kind of lie. Wanted to have a conversation the next day, but I couldn't sleep. Her phone was ringing all night so I checked the phone records..... same number, over, and over and over.…

Keep everything to yourself and get as much evidence or a plan as possible before dropping the papers. Dont try to reconcile or fix the relationship, it only makes it worse.

Guarantee you she's having an affair. That's how they start talking after they have met someone and your no longer the backup plan

After I discovered her cheating with a coworker, I went back and looked at my business and two years before, my profits and work started to declined around the time she supposedly emotionally detached from me. Then it was a spiraling depression from then till discovery. She blames it on my drug addiction from 8 years ago and the "hell" i put her through. I have been clean 8 years and built a successful business.....talk about being confused.
