I married one and still find find the mania attractive. For why internet dude, why would you do that? this is where the rabbit hole goes real deep..... because it is what I have learnt love to be. Tempestuous, unrequited longing, the same fucked up 'love' I received from my cluster b mother. Thats right readers, like attracts like, we try and marry our 'mother' like Freud pointed out in his Oedipus theory. A lot of therapy and re-education has been my way out of this trap, dealing with the traum…

the rabbit hole goes deep with BPD.... Ive found this site very helpful http://gettinbetter.com/anycost.html the problem is, why were you attracted to your bpd fairy? Could it be you have fixing / codependency issues? Ross Rosenburg and Richard Grannon (aka spartan life coach) on you tube have been invaluable to me in helping me face my codependency issues. good luck mate

Meditation. You are anxious and might want to be more present in your human interactions. Its hard work to start with does help with anxiety if you do it regularly. I cant recommend it enough. And maybe add the Power of Now to your reading list.

Found this site helpful when breaking up from my bpd ex-wife http://www.borderlinewaif.com/ Also those who have become enmeshed with their BPD / NPD fairy might do well to to look into their own core trauma issues, particularly how to overcome codependency. I've found Ross Rosenberg on youtube a great healing resource.
