Its called PCS, and its my 3rd concussion. Do some research on prolonged effects of PCS before you go blabbing on Reddit like you know what you're talking about.

Thanks and I see your point. What I am trying to say was that I feel like I'm wasting time here trying to find little blips of motivation that fade quickly as opposed to just consistently getting out into the arena and using that as momentum. I am going to take a break because at my level, learning so much is sort of becoming a distraction and making me overthink about things I dont need to be thinking about yet until I actually get some experience on my own. I appreciate what you said about bui…

Appreciate the reply. The girl I have oneitis for is a HB8 I made out with over the summer, and she was definitely into me at one point. It was my blue pilled state and behavior that fucked it up. I dont consider myself a bad looking guy. I cant do compound lifting b/c of health issues, but stay in good shape (though will try to get bigger another way) and eat healthy and am pretty cut despite being short at 5'7. I am also driven academically and have plenty of outside interests and can hold int…

Great advice. Thank you. Assuming fitness progress is slowed due to health nonsense, what do you recommend as a substitute until I get that sorted out? I dont plan on being a cough potato, but it might be a little while before I can go HAM on the weights without my head wanting to explode. Is taking it slow and doing something still better than nothing? thanks.

Also don't be a moron and play club rugby like I did. Concussions and college are like orange juice and milk---that shit will FUCK you up.

I'd keep your workout plan EXACTLY as it is right now, including timing. Just try those changes I mentioned, and be patient. Check out "Red Delta Project" on YouTube, he literally just made a video on your exact issue. Good luck! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDqfzTxuFWE

There's lots of techniques to try to push through a plateau. Once you've progressed through newbie gains, expect it to be a slow process. One thing you can try is to KEEP YOUR ROUTINE exactly how it is. Put the ego aside and don't worry about adding weight. Instead, focus your living brains out while you are doing the 5 reps. Go slow on the way down, and explode upwards. Try pausing at the bottom. Anything you are doing to make your current level more difficult WILL make you stronger, and eventu…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
