Thanks, that means a lot--I gave up my dreams of a being a writer at the tender age of 17, when I discovered how much better others where than me in a Creative Writing class. I tried again in college, but I dunno, I lacked something. These days I write for fun, and constantly contemplate how to begin the next great American Erotica Novel. Perhaps I need more research... :)

Thanks man. I do like this quote: “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.” – Seneca the Younger I think that we as human beings get "lucky" a lot in everyday life, especially regarding the most insignificant things, but we only call it "good luck" when something extraordinary happens. Thanks for the praise. Reading other Field Reports is what motivated me to make it happen.

If by "paid lessons" you mean private one-on-one lessons, no. I can't afford them. But if you can, they'll totally boost up your skills. It is too good. Girls are always embarrassed, but it's all in good fun. I really wish I started going to the public lesson much earlier, but maybe some younger guys will read this and do better than me. :)

If you’re short on cash (and time) opt for the public lessons at the biggest ballrooms you can find that have dancing immediately after the lesson. In my town this happens four times a week at two different places. It’s amazing because instructors know that the best way to learn is by dancing with different people, so you’re constantly changing partners. On the biggest night here, during the one hour lesson before the dance, I will have danced with 30+ different women. I will have gotten to know…

AA will never go away. And while it can become very manageable through lots of practice, giving zero fucks triumphs all. I've been dancing for almost two years now, and I always get AA when asking a new girl to dance, but if they reject me, it instantly becomes water under the bridge because there are always other women waiting to get asked.

Honestly? I'm a hopeless romantic and also super curious. I know curiosity killed the cat, and it's probably gonna get me too). So my pillow talk with BRH--and other girls I've landed--usually revolves around asking what their first impressions of me where. They tend to find this interesting, and usually request the same about them. So I take it as a time to learn what I did right and what could be improved upon--but everything is relative, so I don’t take everything they say seriously. RBH said…

(Second Part) I could see in his eyes that he was thinking about shaking my hand, but changed his mind at the last second and sped off past me instead. I turned around and I saw why, BRH was walking back towards us. BRH: May I please have my stuff? I don’t want a ride from you if you’re going to act so weird and get upset with me for trying to get a drink without you. Dudeman: No, I brought you here and I’m gonna take you home. I said I would. I just need a minute. If I was gonna take her home, …

You should write a book! Like, clear up your schedule and write a book asap. When I read the last line of your night, I was sad; I wanted more!

For me, online dating usually leads to very short relationships--even with surprisingly high match rates (OkCupid), and require way more work than Real Life. In Real Life; I can find out if there's chemistry/attraction right away--so the dates that do happen, are more fun and engaging. The (stupid) overly romantic guy in me wants to say that I'll find my wife via online dating, but the realist knows it'll be in Real Life. :)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
