Yes and no. I meditated in the past but I was mainly doing it for productivity and just for the sake of doing it hah and I didn't see it being a bigger part of my life until I first used the Headspace app and did their 30day foundation pack. So yeah it doesn't require serious work during the day to be more mindful, just actual sitting meditation and then a lot of that carries into your day but using post it notes or just simple reminders during the day to stop for 1min and do nothing helps. And …

Exhausting in what way? In a sense of exhausting because you're mind is not stimulated by an external source and you're just bored? I've heard of people sort of giving up after a few minutes when their mind runs free and they just feel helpless. But the point is that the moment you notice your mind has wandered off you just return to your anchor point which is your breath for example. In the beginning you'll get caught up in random thoughts and only realize this after 3min but as long as you alw…

Try meditating. And I mean really approaching it with intent and meditating for 20min each morning. When you do it for a month or two consistently you will start to observe your thoughts as they arise and you will learn to accept them and recognize them for what they are. Just thoughts that have no concrete meaning if you don't decide so. You notice that this calm part (call it blue sky) is always with you but can sometimes get covered with clouds (thoughts). After a while you'll notice all this…

Another thing that's worth asking would be are my so called delusions harming anyone? If we're talking about believing you are attractive but you aren't unpleasantly cocky about that and generally don't evoke negative emotions in people around you, then I guess it's not such a bad think. Fuck it I think I just gave myself a reason to do just that.

I recommend you don't even try to learn rave dance moves. Go to a rave, do molly and you'll figure out your own dance moves, trust me. I tend to be shit when it comes to body movements and stuff but I've found and perfect my style and people often compliment my dancing. Hard to explain, but when you're rolling things come naturally.

Oh man definitely, I don't know any and I mean ANY hit songs. Sure I'll know the beat and know that I've heard it before but that's it. But people usually don't roll to top 50 in a club, most of those people are just drunk. If you want me to sing to a song and go crazy I need to be really drunk, otherwise it just feels awkward and boring in a way lol.

Honestly, take molly once. I was the same until I did molly. Man it's like I unlocked a whole set of new moves in one night.

Yeah poor choice of words really, didn't mean it like that. And I totally agree with you on not having to be in control. I've recently gotten a lot better on not worrying too much about simple stuff. This is one of those simple things but wasn't really asking in a panicky way (huray for me?) was really just looking for some advice and experiences from you guys. Appreciate your help.

I realise your concerns and all but tou have to realise that these people giving you advice here have nothing to back it on except a google search that you can do as well. I'm not trying to bash on anyone for helping but like people before me said, go see a doctor.

When you say "work hard, regardless of industry" what do you mean? I currently work as a production worker but am opening a business in my free time and work my ass off. I work hard and do the work well at my full tine job but I'm not so confident in mentioning people what I do. I always feel a bit down when other people got these fancy sales jobs and I'm stuck in a monotone production work at the moment...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
