1	Using a flip phone The smartphone isn't a problem. Think of it like a tool. And like all tools they have to be used appropriately. I suggest three things. First, put away your phone away when you're at work, school, or home. Second, If you need social media put them all in one widget together so you don't see them the first thing when you look at your phone.
