Nice. I was in your shoes thinking my weight was fixed genetically. Its just takes time to build up a routine of eating more. Make sure to eat good products though. Just eat normal, but more. For example, if you have trouble eating breakfast, make a smoothie with milk, peanutbutter, berries. Bottom line, when you think your full, just eat a little bit more. Dont overthink it.
