I agree, I think my main point is if you say "haha if this was flipped around, consider the outrage!!!" is just as bad as the femenists. I was 17 when I met my 25 year old wife (6 years ago), and no, I wasn't raped

No, you're right. Because this women was maybe 45 minutes away from a border where this would be 100% legal- it would be an entirely different conversation. That said, so if she traveled half an hour over to a different state, this thread wouldn't exist?

Well, I'm pretty sure the age of consent in CA is 18.... So anyone under that age is a rapist

You don't know how a "minor" is defined in some states- let alone countries? Why are your state laws morally better than mine?

So a policewoman can't have sex with anyone, no matter the age because of her "authority"? I dont get it

Rape? In my state that's called consensual. Which is it?

Frightening to know, years ago, my 20 yr old future wife raped my innocent 16 year old Dingaling! The inhumanity!

Tyrone forcefully penetrating my asshole in my jail cell is the same as my 23 y/o math teacher touching my wee-wee? I've been doing this all wrong

Since when is Amy a feminist? I've seen a few of her standups and her jokes are definitely not something a feminist would say... at all.

Is this a joke?

When the word rape is defined by which state a sexual encounter occurs in. Or the fact if the guy waited 4 months more it would not be 'rape'. lol

Democrats think that popular people being shitty to unpopular people qualifies as ‘social justice’. stopped here

I agree, but it's still not "rape" and under the general meaning of the word "consent", the boy also consented.

So I was being raped every time ex GF (who's a cop) had sex with me? Is Obama raping Michelle Obama every time they have sex? Is this real life?

I never argued that, just the baity wording.

Rape means sex without consent. From reading the article, it really sounds like the boy consented- in fact, it sounds like they were in a romantic relationship. Bait title.

I have a 8 year age gap with my wife (she's older). Met her when I was 17. The term "predatory" gave me a good chuckle. I'm sure she would get a good laugh, too. MensRights has some good stuff, but these comments are hilarious. Oh - she was a teacher aid staff in my college. Hah.

"18 year old man" Oh please.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
