Improvement: Finally made it to 69 KG's (bulking process). After 5 months of lifting, my legs are starting to look muscular. Finally took an appointment from a dermatologist. Since my acne treatment of acne 10 years ago, I still have scars on my face. Gonna start treating it (most probably with face peeling). Non improvement: I absolutely cannot stop fapping.
