Paternity tests can be done with one parent, so a father could do it on his own. Mother has to authorize it, you have to initiate a court case for that to happen. Prenups get thrown out in courts all the time. There are myriad of factors that prevent prenups from being enforced . Its not as simple as you might think. I don't understand why women are shamed for having sex. why do they care so much about how they are being 'judged', its a free country people are entitled to their opinions.
