I by no means am an expert, but I've heard of cases where prenups get tossed out because the woman claimed to be "under stress" during the signing or felt compelled to. I agree that no competent lawyer worth his salt would let this happen, which is why I said it's unlikely Musk loses a lot in this case. The outrage is not so much at what will happen in this case, but what can happen under the law of the land. Well, in this case I think "false" means "not guilty", although I could be wrong. It's pretty possible that very few rape cases end up with the guy being convicted, just because in cases of real rape it's often he-said she-said, which is hard to get proof beyond a reasonable doubt for.
