There needs to be a base level of attraction, and catching a girl eyeing you a few times is a great sign, but that does not necessarily need to be a prerequisite. 3	Signs that I am attractive? To be honest, I'd just fake it until you make it on this one. Practice smiling at random people until it starts to feel normal. It's a great way to connect with people and make their day a little brighter (even if you don't talk to them). But as a woman, I find it terribly off-putting to not receive a smile back. To me that gives me "he's not interested" or "I'm not in a safe environment" vibes. A smile is an invitation or welcome sign.
