Yeah those are awful. Also the 'jokes to diffuse tension' are equally cringy. There's no way this dude is actually getting laid saying stupid bullshit like that

I used to think redpillers had enough capacity for rational thought that they wouldn't be retarded enough to think trump is good for america. Wow. You claim to see the world for what it really is yet are clearly just as easily manipulated and controlled as anyone else that you complain about.

Don't be ridiculous, she's incredibly far from being ugly. That being said there are hundreds of hotter pornstars, idk how she got to number one.

Wow, no. You should absolutely start with and focus on a grappling discipline like jiu jitsu. Most people have absolutely no experience or idea how to fight on the ground or defend a takedown, and if you're even a blue belt in BJJ, you should be able to take down just about any untrained person and get the better of them pretty quickly. Learn the basics of how to throw and defend from a punch, but you'll have a much larger advantage over the general population if you can grapple than if you can …

Eh, I fully agree with your sentiments especially regarding mmo's and large scale RPG's, but I don't think gaming is necessarily inherently bad at an absolute level. My sophomore year in high school I logged about 800 in Black Ops one and had absolutely no life; obviously video games were detrimental at that point. But the key is everything in moderation. After a long day of school and work it's great to unwind with a bowl and some PS3. I think gaming can have a place in your life as long as you…

What the fuck are you babbling about? So if I read a study, I can't have an opinion about the outcome because I didn't personally research it?

Is it so hard to imagine that some people, after learning about the psychological damage porn causes, actually have the willpower to stop doing something that is not in their best interests?

That diametrically opposes what I was taught but I haven't done enough research to intelligently debate this.

Yeah, anyone who has taken even an intro to psych class should know that intelligence simply is not reliably quantifiable and IQ scores mean jackshit.

Yeah, I really didn't like the whole "I tried to get big and strong and just ended up fat". No, your lack of diet management got you fat.

Yeah, I pretty much agree. I'm not really advocating for philosophy classes; just read some Plato and Socrates. More just arguing against the "I'm an engineer, fuck a class not directly related to that" mindset.

Also 17, lift a shitload of weights, and testosterone/ sex drive is through the roof. I gotta jerk it every day, although never with porn. When I dont, I start focusing too much on girls and lose focus on getting the shit done I need to get done. Kudos to you for having the will to completely abstain, though.

Just because it's not directly related to your work doesn't mean it isn't always good to expand your horizons.

Yeah. And who the fuck does a 50-piece squat? Who the fuck does a 50-piece anything, for that matter.

Yeah I really don't understand OP's problem with this. If I had the opportunity to make 6 figures by making vines of me flexing and lifting, I'd take that shit in a heartbeat.

BJJ is the shit. The most humbling experience in my life was starting to train again after a few month break and getting ragdolled by a 12-year old girl that started training there while I was gone (she had been training for years and has won national championships now). It's one of the most rewarding hobbies ever too imo; nothing feels better than earning that first gold medal.

Absolutely. Having "bad genetics" is a piss-poor excuse for looking like shit; but when you're trying to be the best in the world, genetics play a pivotal role.

That's a great intermediate strength program; when you transition to a more bodybuilding style routine you'll see ridiculous gains. I'd recommend PHAT after you're finished with 5/3/1.

StrongLifts is a great program. Be very wary of your form when those deadlifts start getting heavy, though. How long have have you been lifting? You're numbers are pretty good for someone on a beginner program

Not sure why you're getting downvoted. Yes, a crazy amount of hard work and dedication go into bodybuilding, but if you're competing against a guy who has great genetics for responding to steroids but works less than you, you're gonna lose.

Ramy started lifting in 2010, and imo his physique is superior than Phil's. That being said shit like that is far from common.

I'm so happy that I discovered lifting and the red pill at 17. I can't wait to be 30.

Damn dude squats, OHP, and deads all on one day is a bitch. Were you going heavy or doing more of a bodybuilding style workout? Either way my CNS would be zapped halfway through that; good shit dude.

I never questioned the validity of that statistic; I am questioning the validity of extrapolation based on said findings. Perhaps I didn't communicate that effectively, but that's what I meant.

For it to be denial there would have to be substantially more evidence that shit's gonna go down like you're saying it will; denial and skepticism are not interchangeable. Bluepill is accepting everything you hear and not forming your own opinion.

I'm not saying its entirely absent, just far less and higher quality information in general. The FAQ has all the information you need as a beginner.

Well women just naturally have more fat. A woman with 12% BF is comparable to a man with 5%BF

Id stay doing strong lifts til you plateau. Yes it is more strength-oriented, but if you're doing that as a person that that just started lifting you'll build muscle too. For your muscles to get stronger they have to get bigger. And once you switch to a more bodybuilding routine, you'll see significantly better gains, as you'll be lifting heavier weight. If you can rep 185 on bench, you'll build more muscle than repping 135.

Again, couldn't give less of a shit. Already had to show my teacher the thesis last week anyway. And as for the kids, I don't talk to any of those clowns anyway. You won't see me losing sleep over their opinions.

I don't give a single fuck. It's for a 12th grade AP language class, so not the most important class ever, plus when I average A's on other papers one lackluster grade won't hurt me. I won't censor myself for a better grade.
