Yet another testament to how powerful BP programming really is. I find myself having to read the sidebar again sometimes because I catch myself slipping.

Use encryption and strong passwords to prevent these security breaches. That's effectively what this is: a breach. Place your TRP content in a VeraCrypt container if you're that worried.

This; the sidebar and a rough leg day would negate most of the questions on this sub now

A 10 for him doesn't mean a 10 for everybody; I know my 10 definitely doesn't match OP's description.

Unpopular opinion: the therapist I see has worked really well. Sometimes things he says don't make much sense, but they make sense when it's time to apply. Much like how Red Pill Theory might not make sense to neophytes, but we all realize it's true once we put it into practice. That said, it takes a very special kind of person to do that job correctly. I've had a few therapists that just didn't quite cut it as well.

What worked for me is lifting. Just go move heavy weights and take extra care yo stay hydrated; I won't say that it'll go away, but (a) you'll be tired and endorphined (?) from all that work, and (b) the extra water will make you hold a bottle more, which will help with the tactical

I had done the same 6 months ago after seven years; you'll be very impressed with who you become over the next few months. I found that the lack of nicotine forced me into some of the most intense introspection I've ever experienced. The positive changes in my life are innumerable. The best way to combat the negative parts is just to keep lifting heavy weights; he endorphins will make the shitty moods less shitty. I'll close by saying that I cannot congratulate you fervently enough. Well fucking…

1) I used to be desperate for female attention. Realized after years of therapy that relationship with mother was really rocky; it's slowly improving. 2) I have struggled with depression for years; as a result, being neurotic and self-loathing came all too naturally to me. After years of succumbing to these forces, I found myself instead thinking of things I hated about myself and inventing ways to fix them. 2A) Examples include: Hate that you don't meet girls? Go to a party and turn up the char…

I'll second yoga here; it's helped with my stiffness and it's good for mental stress too.

Amen. When I used to think about getting girls, I couldn't bring myself to adopt the level of discipline required. Now I lift for myself, go to the gym almost every day, and love it. I also found that, once I started lifting for myself, it's like I'm the only one in the gym. Everybody else is invisible. It's a selfish pursuit, and that's what I love about it.
