What do you do when you don’t “like” your husband?Yes, I agree it’s over dramatic. It’s something I’m trying to work on...black/white thinking. Thanks for pointing that out. | /r/RedPillWives | 04/07/18 12:16 PM
What do you do when you don’t “like” your husband?Ugh, I can’t seem to reply properly in a thread the first time, I didn’t downvote you. | /r/RedPillWives | 03/07/18 10:58 PM
What do you do when you don’t “like” your husband?Great suggestions, thank you! I've actually tried #3 and he finds the girlish act ridiculous. He does not respond well to that AT ALL. He sees tears/girlish behavior as manipulative. I think the first suggestion is one I'll try next. Just zero response. | /r/RedPillWives | 03/07/18 08:25 PM
What do you do when you don’t “like” your husband? Thanks for the thoughtful reply. I can see how he perhaps needs more time to unwind, though he seems to want to go straight into husband/dad mode as soon as he walks in the door. I'm going to try to find some ways to gently encourage him to take a few moments when he gets home. Maybe I can take the baby out for a few minutes so he'll have the place alone? I've noticed that when he's watching/reading the news, it's really bad. I can't exactly tell him to not do this (ha) but maybe I can have some… | /r/RedPillWives | 03/07/18 07:44 PM
What do you do when you don’t “like” your husband? It's not that we're arguing. It's just in the abrupt way he speaks to me. An example would be if I asked him if he's ready for dinner, he might say in a loud abrasive tone, "Jesus! Hang on! I'm trying to finish up here." I think I just need to learn to be thick-skinned? I didn't grow up around anyone who talked like that (I'm southern, he's northern) so it honestly hurts my feelings, even when rationally I know he doesn't mean to do that. | /r/RedPillWives | 03/07/18 07:32 PM

A New Way of Looking at Relationship Dynamics - Part 1Great post. I'm definitely high dominance and am working to change certain parts of this to better fit my marriage. What are some little ways women who are HD can be mindful of everyday dominance within the relationship? One thing I've stopped doing is answering for the table at restaurants. I was so used to doing that with my ex and it's taken my husband's sharp look to get it into my head that I don't need to speak for him every time the server checks on us, lol. | /r/RedPillWives | 19/06/18 07:41 PM

3rd time's the charm?I devoured the wiki during my daughter’s nap time today. :) I just found that podcast, thank you! | /r/RedPillWives | 17/06/18 10:43 PM
3rd time's the charm?Hi! It does seem we have a lot in common. I felt like my ex was some type of "project" for me to fix. Instead of vetting him properly to make sure we were compatible, I married him because he was sane and seemed to like me. Yeah. I'm happy to report that he now has a lovely girlfriend who treats him well, and this is a relief to me. Honestly, I understand Dr. Laura's views on divorced parents. Even with our amicable divorce and the fact that we co-parent well, it broke my heart to see my childre… | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/06/18 09:31 PM
3rd time's the charm?HumanSockPuppet Thank you for your reply. In the past, I thought my ex and I were to be "equals" and became frustrated when I felt like I wasn't being heard or my ideas weren't being followed. In retrospect, I see that I was being self-centered and what I actually craved was a leader in my home, but I didn't allow him to become that. I love the advice regarding never speaking negatively about him. I know when I have spoken with my sisters or friends about my partners in the past, it seems I get … | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/06/18 08:05 PM

Just want to say THANK YOU to this sub. I went on a first date with a man a couple of weeks ago and he said, "I really like how feminine you are."Same here! Can't wait to hear what books she read. | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/06/18 06:01 PM
Tattoos from my previous SJW life...I got a tattoo removed and it was the best decision ever. It was expensive and painful but soooo worth it. Good luck! | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/06/18 06:00 PM
Brought him my problem, had great results in my long distance relatioship! [FR]My husband and I reside in different states, though we travel back and forth so we see each other every weekend. He has a demanding job and works all day, then brings work home with him in the evenings. I know this, yet I've still been tempted to ask him to reply to my text more often/faster. I'm so glad I STFU about this because when we do communicate, he is 100% present and I can feel that. | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/06/18 05:54 PM
