Will help with burning that stubborn belly fat. -if you drink protein shakes, try to have one hour before sleeping. Polish guy here, born in Germany, have been living in central Europe and Asia but hq always in Poland. I disagree with polish girls being crazy, this behaviour is indicator of male's value. If you raise your level and either impose your frame or meet high quality girls even Thai's are loyal and sane.
