He's trying to appear single, simple. Call him out and ask him about it. 'Hey how comes you never post us?' My ex did this, and it upset me, I knew it was for all the girls on his insta. He got an ultimatum, and deleted over 200 women and posted me, lost another 50 followers after that 😂

Everyone I've ever spoken to about him has said he's ugly inside and out. No chin, bald. Hardly a looker.

Tate is attractive?

Does she get jealous over him spending time w his kids? No, because when they're at his they all spend time together, only once a fortnight. Also she has two kids so it's different.

Op, go for it. There's plenty of good men with kids, don't write people off over their past when you could meet someone amazing. Especially if you don't want kids yourself it's perfect. As I said in a previous comment, me and my ex's new partner get along great, she's amazing with my kids, no drama. I would find out what his relationship is like with his ex - if things are cool I say go for it.

I've heard of this happen loads of time, sick of the negative rhetoric of baby mamas

I have kids from an ex, his new girlfriend and I get on very well. I have her kids over etc as our children are close. Not all 'baby mamas' are bad.

Me too! Gives me hope, I think age really is a number and if you look after yourself physically and mentally ypu can meet a good man at any age! Social media is making women think they're worth less after 25, it's so sad!

My sister is 45, slim and attractive and takes care of herself physically and mentally, she met a 53 yo hvm, 26 is a baby, stop it.

Yes, they're either jealous or just indifferent. My ex was the latter. I opened my own coffee shop, was successful, he never came in or said anything about it, it was weird. It hurt my self esteem, I was young. I wouldn't give two fucks now.

I get that, but he doesn't do this often, it's probably the first time I've seen him do it I think. He's actually very dry and sarcastic irl so I can tell he means it. I guess you have to know the person. If it was one of those cheesy 'love my babes' post and you know there's relationship issues then yeah. Also his wife is a very strong woman, I'm sure he asked permission first.

I don't think anyone criticises those who want shorter men, it's more being told we should go for this or that. I prefer shorter guys too!

Hence why there are so many incels, they won't lower their standards so they hate on women instead and die alone. And would rather that than lower their standards at all.

That's just an opinion. I don't agree with it. I'm not desperate at all but my circumstances (single parent, work FT with all women, no endless babysitting money) mean I can't meet people by going out to bars, meet ups, book clubs endlessly.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/01/20 06:12 PM

To be honest he was cool to chat to, very funny and made me laugh a lot. Just wouldn't date him as he's got way too much going on at the moment and the whole fighting over custody thing always puts me off as it's not healthy and will bleed into your relationship.

Yeah just chat, ask a few questions to get a kind of idea of them. It's not going to weed out all the arseholes but I've learnt pretty quickly if I want to pursue a date. I chatted to another guy the next day and he seemed really nice, chill so we are going out next week. With online dating I would always chat over the phone first.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/01/20 03:54 PM

When they suggest a date, I say I like to chat over the phone before meeting and most guys agree, they don't mind.

Tbh we chatted for an hour about other stuff then I said I'm feeling really tired (which I was by then) and said I had to go. He didn't text me after that as I think he got the message. I did say while on the phone, maybe it's best you sort out your court cases before looking for dates and he agreed.

I've had so many unsatisfactory dates and I know it's because of online dating. I find it hard to meet people any other way due to my circumstances atm
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/01/20 07:28 PM

'Why can a co-worker who I barely talk to treat me better than a man..' Because she's a woman, conditioned since a baby to think of others probably. A lot of men are raised to be selfish. My brother is one and my ex. Their mother's did everything for them up until nearly 28 yo.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/01/20 06:06 PM

Yeah I agree. I'm done chasing. I want to be pursued for once in my life.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/01/20 05:21 PM

I don't even think these guys are doing it maliciously, they are just genuinely thoughtless and have perhaps been brought up like that. My ex once walked past me in the living room while I was breastfeeding our newborn after being up all night, and cooked himself a breakfast.

Also I knew after hugging him and smelling him I wasn't attracted
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/01/20 11:09 AM
22

Thing is with online dating, you literally have no clue if you'll be attracted to this person and most women take .5 seconds to know if they are. Being quite an introverted person, I don't want to spend a good 2+hours with a guy eating when I don't like him, the thought fill me with dread. Half an hour with that second guy was painful enough, listening to him ramble on and watching him eat his food. I'm glad I could get out of it easily. If I met a guy in person, and I knew I was attracted, then…

I find it really awkward after a date he asked you to clean his flat...odd
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/01/20 11:06 AM

This is why I don't usually bother dating anymore. Just all a headfuck tbh
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/01/20 09:22 AM
12

Thing is, I really think the first guy was waiting for me to initiate contact first and was being stubborn. We had greay convo lots of laughing, lots in common, then touching my leg, then kissing at end of night, then he said I hope I can get your number now. Then nothing. My sister said some men need reassurance and for us to contact first.

This is brilliant and so true.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/01/20 08:57 AM

Thank you. The second guy really annoyed me not offering to grab me something and then devouring it in front of me. I just kept thinking I bet you're selfish in bed

Ditto to this.

You can choose wisely but studies have shown that men can become abusive after you get pregnant after being fine previously. It happened to me. He screamed at me when I was in labour because I asked him to go slower over bumps when driving the hospital.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/12/19 02:48 PM

My ex did this too but I had a newborn. It was fucking horrible. I ended it and now he has to pay me 2k a month child maintenance as he earns so much
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/12/19 02:16 PM

I remember a woman did this to few guys; agreed with compliments men gave her online and they all turned nasty
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/12/19 03:44 PM

It's very well known that men can become abusive once a woman becomes pregnant or they get married. It happened to me. He was nice as pie before kids.
