2	I have a theory that the birth control pill is the true source of the spike in cognitively impaired children being born. Something I wonder though is why did the spike start in the post 60s? Since there had to be a lot of older women trying to settle down when it was too late in order to produce that many cases. This is interesting and this is likely perhaps the source then.
