It can be very hard at first, but what i always do is ask a question as a conversation starter and then build on it. Works with most girls i talked to from my own experience. What i normally do is just chat with her for the sake of knowing her without really having an objective for a while. More like testing the water and looking if we share similar values, interests, hobbies.. etc. Try to be a part of her day as much as possible so you can earn ber trust and then everything should hopefully fall into place.
