I'm not getting butthurt, you're trying to start a dialogue with someone who doesn't believe anything that Phyllis has written. I'm not going to defend the conservative position because I don't agree with it. All I'm doing is showing you guys an old document that espouses the same stuff that you guys generally do, that's it; you're the one getting your panties in a bunch for no actual reason.

I'm not promoting a claim, I'm showing this board an example of its earliest originators within a mostly lib society, and how women in particular justify traditional roles as a beneficial standard for themselves. You're trying to stuff words into my mouth.

I'm not speaking to the validity of religion, but its use in conservative politics as a strategy to revitalize support, which is a well-documented phenomenon in post-New Left America (think the shift away from liberal republicanism to Reagan-style conservatism).

Well, religion was one of the major ways that the conservative base was able to revitalize support after the New Left took its course in the United States. Phyllis invoked Christianity in the same vain as many Republicans did, and it worked for the most part.

I'll admit that this isn't well-formatted, but the document is a purely historical piece written by Phyllis Schlafly, the mother of female redpilling. She was an adamant anti-lib public figure, almost singlehandedly responsible for the development and early onset of what would become the anti-feminist movement we know today.

I should've clarified this earlier. The piece is written by Phyllis Schlafly, the mother of female "redpilling". I don't consider myself red-pilled, but I thought you guys would appreciate one of her most well known defenses of the traditional female role.
