I have mild PPD and sought therapy to hopefully gain some coping skills as a new mother to a baby with special needs. Unfortunately, all I got was a paper on coping skills. | – | Gratitude: What are you thankful for?In spite of being in Hurricane Michael's path, we only got tropical storm weather. Very thankful for that! Thankful for not going into labor at 39+ weeks pregnant because all of the nearby hospitals were closed. Thankful for our electricity not going out even once and my weeks worth of freezer meals I prepped for after baby were saved. So thankful.
