we are destroying the home that the universe gave us by carelessly overpopulating it. Talk about selfish. This POV is limited. The universe also created us and gave us the best pleasure just as incentive for creating more people and populating the planet (or universe). I believe with more people it'll be more probable to have scientists who'll solve the problem of interplanetary travel and populating other places. We already have one specimen.

I debated the study and its conclusion which I think are wrong. Who the hell takes one case study and quickly generalizes the way they did, in addition to the assumptions they made about trauma and how the mind changes. Either they're naive and inexperienced in research or want to reach that conclusion in any way possible.

My brain is permanently altered reading these comments. "altered" means nothing, because that's what it's supposed to do throughout our lives... And trauma shouldn't be systematically considered negative. A lot of events can be considered traumatic but we become stronger thanks to those experiences.

I kinda do the same but I somehow always find myself regretting being nice than regretting being bad.. But I may just have a bad memory :P

Bloody fucking wisdom. I've experienced the "doesn't love you, never did.." thing twice with my SO, and it puzzled the shit out of me. When I drop the ball hard and not make her feel the way it should be she breaks down to her own insecurities and she "decides" to leave me. But of course that's one of her big nuclear shit tests, and she needs some reassurance that I'm the reliable man she expects me to be, especially because we're in a LTR.

Omg you couldn't have been more right. I experienced the "you're trying to start a fight" scenario just yesterday and I did say "wtf?" in my mind lol

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
