This breakdown just gave me the tingles. OP prob will never read it tho 😂

yeah maybe, but op's questions seems to imply he/she already fucked up and raised a bitch. full disclosure i agree with your post, but i do think it's off topic in response to the question. congrats on your kid fucking all those girls tho lol settle down.

I think he means what do you do if you already fucked up and raised a faggy kid.

Yeah that's why I said for now. I've played the ovulation game successfully, but I'm trying to get past that and make sex the default option. Obviously not there yet, but if it's going to happen it's gotta start somewhere. Screech was right I was thinking too much. When I focus on the whole "what does it mean when she does x?" it means I'm in her frame. Solution-stop fucking thinking about it, get back into my own frame.

I definitely wasn't counting on it. Been there too many times in the past. My whole theory was that the sex hiatus was a test to see if pussy was still her trump card. When I held frame she found out it wasn't, and she was/is ready to fuck me again. For now.

I've bailed during sex a couple of times when it was an obvious lack of effort. She got pissed, but it hasn't happened since those couple of times. Also got over it pretty quickly. Haven't ever outright denied sex.

a few times a week - less and less though. still practicing kino and game on a regular basis. i was attempting to create an all around sexual culture for a more natural effect, rather than clunky/obvious attempts to initiate. thought it was working, but i believe she felt the shift of frame, and is rejecting this in an attempt to regain control of the relationship.

Body: Second week of Jiu Jitsu, turns out I've got some natural ability. It's a lot of fun, and I'm enjoying myself a lot. A good way to get out aggression, and have legit battles on a regular basis without showing up to work with a black eye or some shit. Also still haven't missed a day lifting. Sex/Marriage: PMS put a stunt on sex, but now that I've been keeping my frame consistently the tension has reduced. Jerked off on her tits/face the other night which is always fun, but no intercourse or…

My wife threatened to leave once. I calmly told her this wasn't what I wanted, but if she was unhappy - and thought this would make her happy - then I wouldn't stand in her way. She stayed, and so far it has worked out. This was a Saturday, and that next Monday I considered what I would have done if she did leave. I have a son, and would do anything to get full custody. So the first to start any type of proceedings is deemed to be the responsible/logical one. I decided I would file for a legal s…

I wouldn't worry about your wife leaving you. Not so much this, but just the whole divorce rape scenario. This would likely lead to a huge decrease in time with my son as well, as she'd have the better chance at custody by default. I know I don't need her, but I would clearly prefer that things work out. she's following your lead She's accepting that I'm in charge (more or less), but she still has a sense of entitlement as if she has some sort of control over me. I'm thinking the changes are fre…

Body: Took my first BJJ class Monday. Had a blast, and made a one year commitment. Hoping to get in at least 2-3 times per week. Going to need to potentially adjust my lifting schedule as classes are MWF and those are the days I lift. Not a big deal really, should be nice to change it up. Sex/Marriage: Another small victory as I got another weekday bang in. Almost missed the weekend though. Not sure if it was me, starting PMS, or combination of both. But got it in Monday morning. Below average q…

I'm married, so I'm not necessarily looking for hookups... but if I was looking for hookups, the only thing I'd be avoiding is underage girls, and girls I'm not attracted to. If you're looking for potential LTR material, then yeah, general rule of thumb would be to avoid the single moms. If you're getting hard no's it's probably a "you don't lift enough" problem more than it's a "this general group of women won't fuck" problem. Especially single moms being that general group (I would think). If …

maybe if you're in the early phases it's a terrible response... maybe. if you have your shit together it's a great response. he made his decision: I'm just going to hang out at home she proceeds to shit-test: What?? You are too concerned with what she is/isn't doing. Essentially you're framing it as her problem instead of taking responsibility. It is your house, and thus your kitchen. If you want food, buy and cook food. I had this problem when my wife never cooked, and when she did it was shitty (unhealthy) food. So I started going to the grocery store - sometimes late at night on my way home from work, and sometimes on my one day off every week or two. I'd come home at nine or ten, and make myself a meal.…

Sex Got in a weekday fuck, which is an improvement. So twice last week for the first time in a while. Wasn't anything for the highlight reel, but frequency has been a bigger issue than quality so that's a step in the right direction. Body Still solid on the health and workouts, and contacted nearby gym about BJJ classes. Planning to observe some classes and see if it's for me. Fun Shit Had a blast all week. Went out with friends, took the family to a water park, and did some patriotic shit and f…

Get her thinking in terms of "What would my husband do?" This was my goal here. I don't mind being the "bad guy," and I think I made that clear. She definitely knows that, and many times has used me as an excuse to avoid a conflict with a friend or even boss. The problem with this is that it turns into a crutch for her. Instead of being able to depend on me when needed, it turns into blaming me for not being able to do something. So I decided to intervene, rather than be the bad guy here. Give h…

Continued reading MMSLP. Seems to be a well-rounded simple way of putting together most of the theory here. Still a little thrown off by the amount of "beta" Athol Kay recommends, as beta is treated like the worst possible thing ever here at MRP. His list of beta traits seem more like owning your shit than what MRP would consider beta, so maybe it's just the context. Either way, it's been very helpful in pushing me away from RP Rambo and anger issues. This past weekend was much better than the o…

Not a bad week considering PMS and then shark week starting. Started reading MMSLP as soon as it came in. It's a much simpler read, and much more practical than the be more alpha vibe I tend to hear a lot of here. A lot of times I get the idea that alpha=red and beta=blue. After MMSLP I won't make this mistake again. Saturday was a long ass day. Hot and tons of shit to do. Fun shit, but by around the evening we were all beat. Wife caught me up in some drama and I fucked up. It was a quick flare …

It's not constant anger, I can just tell she's resisting my leadership sometimes. It occurs particularly during PMS, which started yesterday according to Clue. Oddly though, during this recent fit of anger, she actually did what I told her to do. Not sure if I can expect this to be the new normal, but this was definitely new behavior.

Body: Much better this week. No junk food, solid lifting. Knee feeling much better, did 80% of leg workout. Leading/OI: Had a potential fuckup last week (last week's OYS), and gave the wife a dumb ultimatum. It ended up working out, and she got back to doing chores, etc. Over the weekend we went out to the beach, and had a great time. I taught the boy to body-surf, and wife eventually came out to play in the waves as well. Yesterday she tried to sneak past me on some chores to get around said ul…

That's gonna work great when he's a teenager... You added that after my initial response, so I'll elaborate a bit more: His current punishment for fucking up is pushups. He doesn't fuck up much, so this is mainly talking about poop and stuff while at the table. When he throws screaming fits I just have him go to his room and close the door until he's done. He usually comes out after a few minutes and just tells me he's done. I'm trying to prime him now to know that he always can communicate with…

He becomes more independent all the time, I encourage it. I don't want to be his leader forever, he needs to grow up to be his own man. If it happens before he's grown, then I treat it like any other fit he throws. Let him scream about it, he realizes I knew what I was talking about, and leave it open for him to come back and seek guidance from me. This is just more motivation for me to improve myself, so I'm capable of guiding him when he needs it. I've gotten plenty of I hate yous already. Can…

She did not. The chore schedule was/is set up by me, and overtly communicated and agreed to by her. It has evolved over the years, and I make it clear what I expect her to do. I try to clarify when I notice something not getting done whose job it is. I see your point though. Thinking about it I may need to do a better job of letting her know how often the task is required, but in my head it's like goddamn bitch there's dishes everywhere put them fuckers up! Quick update though - she has since cl…

I don't have that problem with him. He's seven, and he recognizes me as his leader. My wife on the other hand is not used to me leading her, and I'm clearly still working on it. We had previously had a sort of co-captain thing happening, and I tend to use the trial and error method. I'm not arguing that I said the right thing. It was not thought out, and counter-productive (hence in my "mistakes" section). I don't see any covert contract though, and would like to know if I'm missing something.

She does have a path back though... do her fucking chores. You quoted it twice. How is that a covert contract?

BODY Shitty nutrition week. Birthday parties galore, and ended up having pizza 2-3 times (and cake). Also right after a short vacation... in New Orleans... where I drank/ate too much and ended up gaining 5 lbs. In spite of that, did not miss a workout, and got in a sauna sesh which put me back at my standard 195. I consider it a wash, but I'd rather improve. Also fucked my knee up Saturday playing with the kids at one of the birthday parties, so may miss leg day this week for the first time in f…

that is some weak ass shit. a man says what he means and means what he says. i've been in fights before where i knew i'd get my ass kicked, and persisted in verbal arguments after i knew i was wrong. wasn't about to pussy out for fear of being called mean names on the internet. that being said... i got my shit mixed up there, thanks for the clarification. i know i have a lot to read up on about theory among other things, but getting fucked with by y'all is part of the process too. i know you guy…

I'm thinking of one of Rollo's posts: women communicate differently than we do. Women communicate covertly, men communicate overtly. So is communication via covert contracts not awalt?
/r/MarriedRedPill31/05/17 02:55 PM
1

What you wrote was the very definition of a covert contract. Right, AWALT. If you do the dishes to entice your wife to fuck you, do you become submissive, or a "nice guy" Like I mentioned: A man who does it is pathetic. And this is just mean moron
/r/MarriedRedPill31/05/17 02:03 PM

inherently passive-aggressive and operate under assumptions and covert contracts AWALT, including submissive ones. Not saying they're the equivalent, but it's not that big of a reach. A woman who tries to please her man in order to get what she needs from him is a form of being submissive. A man who does it is pathetic.

Try putting yourself on a beer/drink count. Sounds obvious, but I had pretty much the exact same problem, and started setting a limit on how many drinks I will have. I usually know in advance if I'm planning to drink, so I factor in things like driving, distance, how long I'm going to be there, etc. It took me a while to fine tune different situations, but I've been doing pretty well for pretty much all of 2017. Even at the house I haven't overdone it (maybe once or twice), and my main concern w…

Female version of a nice guy? Interesting idea, I feel like that translates to a submissive woman. In which case I probably wouldn't be here. However, unless I'm reading her all wrong, not the case with my wife. After reading about the shit-comfort continuum, I think her silent treatment episodes fall somewhere in the middle of the spectrum. When I haven't been giving her enough attention, as per my above comment/current situation, I think recently she's been hovering more towards category 3.

There was a post recently about the forehead kiss move. I'll look for the link, but essentially it's not a tool to be used by newbs. EDIT: link check out the post for context, and then about three comments down it gets into it

Yeah, I have to have a real conversation sometimes, or she will start to panic and shut down (I believe this is some sort of comfort test). It's good to keep her from getting too comfortable, but I need to let her know what I expect from her overtly as my actions don't always communicate the way I'd like. Just have to be sure to maintain frame as fitness tests are 90% part of every discussion we have.

First OYS post: BODY Been in the gym 3x per week for about 6 months. Was doing more before, but back/shoulder pain made me think of cutting back and felt much better since. Massages 2x a month starting a few months ago, thinking of cutting back to one at some point as 2 just doesn't seem necessary. Started taking a vitamin stack (Onnit Total Primate Care, would love some input on cheaper alternatives), can't really tell how much it's helping overall, but seems to be effectively reducing inflamma…

"I'm not even going to think of that idea" and her response is "okay we can take it slow"?? If you're here asking that question, the answer is an easy no. I read it anyways out of curiosity, and she sounds like a disaster. Dodged a series of bullets avoiding the marriage here, don't run out into the gun range again. The end of your post I assume is just you hamstering mixed with one-itis. Stop considering her as an option. Re-read what you wrote about her. She's wrecked.

Fun story regarding other couples sex lives: Wife and I had been hanging out with some other baseball parents every few weeks for about a year (our kids our 1st graders). Wife is pretty cool, super flirty and sex positive, and the husband is nice enough. They disappear around January, husband deletes his facebook, I'm pretty sure I know what happened. They contact us out of nowhere a few weeks ago and want to hang out. Pretty normal day. Night time comes and we're hanging out at our house in the…

I get it, and I've read a lot of the arguments regarding this. I did it more as an inside joke since she has plenty of it now. Neither of us really care about Valentine's Day, and there weren't any expectations on my end other than a smile when she opened it (didn't wrap it, just gave her the Amazon envelope and told her happy Valentine's Day). She gave me the "are you sure this isn't for you?" line, but she did smile, hence it worked out.

Personally I got my wife cheap lingerie online for Valentine's Day. I know there's controversy here about buying her lingerie, but it worked out. Early in the relationship I did it often because she had a great body but didn't know how to do sexy very well, so it was guidance for her. She never tells me outright I should get her a gift though, I just do it sometimes. Not every vday/anniversary, I don't want it to be expected or repetitive. Maybe I look like a tool, but maybe that's my way of pro…

Yeah I think I'm fine with the current situation, mainly just was looking for some critiquing on my overall approach. You're not wrong about rp rambo making appearances from time to time, but in the rebellion situations I believe she is simply trying to control things. Is holding frame not primary objective here?

Fun guy exists, but ignores her when she's throwing a fit like this. The way I understand it is I create the fun environment (frame), but she has to choose to either participate or isolate herself. I'd always thought the fun part was a strength though, so maybe I have neglected it some to become a more reliable leader. I'll consider this, thanks.
