Yeah, despite being terribly unhealthy and likely to upset your metabolism more in the long term putting you at a greater risk of obiesty. Yeah, there's some research behind polyphasic sleep, which I've heard people praise on an anecdotal level. Personal I've had inconsistent results from it and it isn't exactly feasible unless you're self-employed.
